Stephanie Ann Colwell, age 42, of Brookville, Indiana died Monday, March 25, 2024 at Margaret Mary Health in Batesville following a brief illness.

Born September 28, 1981 she was the daughter of the late Stanley & Sandra Kay (Metcalf) Colwell.

Stephanie worked in tech support, and as a clerk at Hometown Video in Brookville.  In her leisure time she enjoyed fishing, reading, and computer gaming.

Survivors include two siblings, Victoria Thorp of Brookville, Indiana and Alan Colwell of Brookville, Indiana; a niece, Kiara Thorp; two nephews, Austin Gough and Jaedon Thorp; a great-niece, Darcey Gough, a great-nephew, Oliver Gough; her aunt, Deborah Metcalf of Batesville, Indiana and an uncle, Harold (Louella) Metcalf of Metamora, Indiana.

In addition to her parents, and grandparents, she was preceded in death by an aunt, Barbara Metcalf.

David Smith will officiate the Graveside Service on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, 11:00 A.M., at Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville.
