Stella J. Grimes, age 90, of Connersville, Indiana and formerly of Brookville, Indiana died Saturday, October 6, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Connersville, Indiana.

Born August 1, 1928 in Clay County, Kentucky she was the daughter of the late Jack & Rebecca (Howard) Grimes.

Survivors include three children, Paulette (Ray) Mullins of Brookville, Indiana, James (Ellar) Sandlin of Brookville, Indiana and Jerry Sandlin of Richmond, Indiana; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Charles Sandlin; a granddaughter, Brittany Dennison, two sisters and three brothers.
