Stanley W. Hoeweler, age 77, of Liberty, Indiana died Friday, May 8, 2015 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Born July 5, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio he was the son of the late William Hoeweler & Evelyn (Heis) Richardson. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. On July 4, 1959 he was united in marriage to the former Lorine Heal, and she survives. He moved to Franklin County from Cincinnati, Ohio over ten years ago after retiring. In his leisure time he enjoyed boating & fishing on Brookville Lake, as well as being outdoors. Besides Lorine, his loving wife of nearly 56 years, survivors include three children, Joseph Hoeweler of Greendale, Indiana, Sharon Jackson of Oneida, Kentucky and William Hoeweler of Cincinnati, Ohio; three grandchildren, Tara Jackson, Zachary Jackson, Geoffrey Ross; one great-granddaughter, Brilee Jackson; a brother Alan Hoeweler of Batavia, Ohio, a half-sister, Sandy Kramer of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a half brother, John Richardson of Finneytown, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lois Unger. Family & friends may visit from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home in Brookville. Burial will then follow in Sims Cemetery in New Fairfield, Indiana.
