Nancy Anita (Cly) Moster, age 84, of Brookville, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024, surrounded by family at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Born February 5, 1940, in Mt. Comfort, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Chet and Virginia (Groseclose) Cly. On November 25, 1962, she was united in marriage to Eddie Moster Sr., and he passed away April 23, 1999.
Nancy and her late husband, Eddie, owned and operated the former Brookville Concrete in Brookville. She was a member of the St. Thomas Lutheran Church, as well as the Women of the ELCA, the Red Hats, the Brookville Women's Club, and the Quilt Guild. In her leisure time, she enjoyed sewing and quilting.
Survivors include three children, Eddie Jr. (Michele) Moster of Brookville, Indiana, Jan (Kevin) Bauman of Brookville, Indiana, and Kent (Heather) Moster of St. Peters, Indiana; two sisters, Suzy (George) Gillman and Becky (Ron) Hohman, all of Brookville, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Derrick Moster, Lynnsey Parker, Erin Peters, Erica Moster, Grace Moster, Luke Moster, and Heath Bauman; and eight great-grandchildren, Layne, Noah, Arya, and Ezekiel Parker, Trace, Jessa, and Blakely Moster, and Bellamy Bauman; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband of over 36 years, Eddie Moster Sr., Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Richard Cly; and infant daughter, Gail.
Friends & family may visit from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.
Reverend Robert Browning will officiate the Funeral Service on Friday, November 8, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at St. Thomas Lutheran Church, 823 Franklin Avenue, Brookville where there will also be visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral at 11:00. Burial will immediately follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Thomas Lutheran Church.
