Matthew Jeremiah Trombley was born with a condition called anencephaly on Feb. 17th, 2016, and passed away at his home outside of San Diego, CA, on Feb 20th, after gracing this world for three days, surrounded by his parents, sister, and grandmothers.

Survivors include his loving parents, Tim and Katie (Frey) Trombley; his big sister Cora Belle; maternal grandparents, Ed and Marci Frey; paternal grandparents, Rod and Bonnie Trombley; great-grandparents Ralph and Rosemary Frey and Susan Trombley; he is the nephew of John and Annie Frey, Trent and Judy (Frey) Butler, Kerry and Abby Trombley, Michael and Amanda Trombley, and Corey Trombley; and cousin of Jack Frey, Charlotte Frey, and Luke Butler.

Rev. Stanley J. Herber will officiate the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM on Saturday, February 27, 2016, Holy Guardian Angels Chapel, 405 U.S. Highway 52, Cedar Grove, IN 47016; Matthew will then be laid to rest beside his great aunt, Connie (Frey) Gurski at Holy Guardian Angels Cemetery in Cedar Grove.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that sympathizers make a donation in Matthew's name to Old St. Mary's Pregnancy Center, 123 E. 13th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
