Lowell Thomas Cooper Jr., age 50, of Rushville, Indiana died Sunday evening December 23, 2018 at the Brookville Healthcare Center in Brookville.

Born February 5, 1968 in Connersville, Indiana he was the son of the late Lowell Thomas Cooper Sr. & Judith Gail (Cummins) Cooper.

Survivors include five children, Lowell Thomas Allen of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Latosha Allen of Brookville, Indiana, Tiffany Allen of Ohio, Travis Allen of Brookville, Indiana, Carolyn Cooper of Shelbyville, Indiana, and a step-daughter, Ashley Souders of Shelbyville, Indiana; three sisters, Wilma Rapp of Rushville, Indiana, Loretta Cooper of Brookville, Indiana, and Wanetta Cooper of Milford, Ohio; a brother, Phillip Cooper of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and a half-brother, Greg Parrett of Brookville, Indiana.

Family & friends may visit from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 P.M. on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville, Indiana.

Mike Horning will officiate the Funeral Services on Friday, December 28, 2018, 1:00 P.M. at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Big Cedar Cemetery in Brookville, Indiana.
