Kenneth J. Hildebrand, age 62, of Brookville , Indiana died Sunday December 27, 2015 at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville , Indiana .

Born July 7, 1953 in Batesville , Indiana he was the son of Louis G. & Marcella (Pflum) Hildebrand.  On March 10, 2007 he was united in marriage to the former Donna M. Calihan, and she survives.

Kenny was a school bus driver for the Franklin County Community School Corporation for over 38 years, he had also farmed in Franklin County for much of his life, and had worked at Zimmer Tractor for 20 years.

He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus Council #1010 of Brookville; the Franklin County Antique Machinery Club; he had also served on the Blooming Grove Township Advisory Board.

Besides his wife Donna, survivors include his mother, Marcella Hildebrand of Brookville; seven children, Kyle (Abby) Hildebrand, Kirshell (Jason) Lovins, Joseph (Elizabeth) Bath, Jessica Bath-McQueen  all of Brookville, Indiana; Jennifer (Jeff) Bath and Julie (Grahm) Selm of Richmond, Indiana, Jackie (Jay) Hofer of California; two sisters, Barbara Hildebrand of Cincinnati, Ohio and Rebecca (Rick) Sacksteder and two brothers, Arthur (Carol) Hildebrand and Martin (Tricia) Hildebrand, all of Brookville. Also eleven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Hildebrand who died June 12, 2003.

Family & friends may visit from 4 until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue , Brookville.

The Very Rev. Sean Danda & Rev. Shaun Whittington will officiate the Funeral Mass on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, 10:30 A.M. at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 145 East St. Michael Blvd. , Brookville.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville.
