Joann Isaacs Davis, age 61, of Laurel, Indiana died Monday, May 18, 2026, at Caroleton Healthcare in Connersville, Indiana following a lengthy illness.

Born May 6, 1965, in Lee County, Kentucky she was the daughter of the late Edward & Mary Lou (Burton) Isaacs.

A homemaker, she had also worked in several restaurants.

Survivors include three children, Nathan Davis of Harlan, Kentucky, Sasha Nicole Davis of Danville, Kentucky, Leo Davis Jr. of Winchester, Kentucky; four grandchildren; two sisters, Kathleen Minniear of Laurel, Indiana and Goldie Scholl of Springersville, Indiana, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, and grandparents, she was preceded in death by a son, Clarence Edward Isaacs, two sisters, Barbara Jean Mills & Linda F. White; four brothers, Bradley Issacs, Linville Isaacs, Paul Edward Isaacs, Glendon Ray Isaacs; a niece, Lisa Ann Guthrie; two nephews, Nelson Ray Slone, Bradley Obrean Isaacs.

A graveside service will be held at the Isaacs Family Cemetery on Spencer Ridge in Lee County, Kentucky at a future date.
