Imogene Cummins, age 77, of Metamora, Indiana died Saturday, December 5, 2015 at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Born October 21, 1938 in Franklin County, Indiana she was the daughter of John & Ruth (Gumm) McDaniel. On July 23, 1955 she was united in marriage to Harold E. Cummins, and he preceded her in death on July 13, 2007.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter & son-in-law, Laura & Mark Westerfeld of Brookville, Indiana, a son & daughter-in-law, Perry & Andrea Cummins of Metamora, Indiana; 12 Grandchildren, Heather, Rocky, Shannon, Benjamin, April, Alyssa, Alex, Ashley, Mark, Sarah, Kayleigh and Cole; 17 great-grandchildren; seven sisters, Rosemary Kinnett of Lake Santee, Indiana, Hazel Mae Gillam of Batesville, Indiana, Charlotte Moore of Rushville, Indiana, Donna Miller of Metamora, Indiana, Gloria Comer of Rushville, Indiana, Sharon Collins of Batesville, Indiana and Patricia Vogel of Rushville, Indiana; three brothers, Robert McDaniel of Metamora, Indiana; Jack McDaniel of North Webster, Indiana and Paul McDaniel of Boonville, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her father, John McDaniel, her husband, Harold Cummins, a son, Rocky Cummins who died March 17, 2015; as well as her mother Ruth McDaniel who died December 6, 2015.
The Very Rev. Sean Danda officiated the Private funeral services on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, burial was held in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery in Brookville.
