Edwin Roberts, age 76, of Brookville, Indiana died Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at his residence.

Born April 9, 1943 in Connersville, Indiana, he was the son of the late Melvin and Margaret (Dorrel) Roberts. On January 11, 1974 he was united in marriage to Ursula (Schuck) Roberts who survives him.

Edwin worked in banking for over 40 years and retired from FCN Bank as president in 2015. He was on the board of Big Cedar Cemetery Association and a member of the Whitcomb U.M.C and Kiwanis. In his free time, Edwin enjoyed traveling to the western U.S.

Besides Ursula, his wife of over 45 years, survivors include son Wes (Caroline) Roberts of Indianapolis; and one brother Ervin (Marilyn) Roberts of Brookville.

Family & friends may visit from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 22, 2019, at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.

Rev. Steve Rundel will officiate the Funeral services at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, December 23, 2019 at Whitcomb United Methodist Church, 7084 Oxford Pike, Brookville. Burial will follow in Big Cedar Cemetery, 11022 Big Cedar Rd, Brookville.
