Daniel Marshall, age 51, of Brookville, Indiana died unexpectedly Saturday, October 28, 2023.

Born November 7, 1971 in Batesville, Indiana he was the son of the late Fred & Mazie (Faubus) Marshall.

In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, Bengals football, riding atv's, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his significant other, Amy Callahan, and their two children, Olivia & Caleb Marshall of Brookville, Indiana; two sons, Danny Marshall of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and Tyler Marshall of Terre Haute, Indiana, five grandchildren; four siblings, Tom (Barb) Marshall, Penny Strunk, Fred Marshall Jr., and Carol Marshall all of Connersville, Indiana; as well as several nieces & nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Marshall, as well as three brothers, Randy Marshall, Mike Marshall, Harvey Marshall.

Family & friends may visit from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 3, 2023 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Creekside Cemetery in Klemmes Corner, Indiana.
